How do I book a masterclass?
You can book by following the booking process in the framework. The Crypto investing and portfolio masterclass is a (shared) private masterclass and a time slot can be booked up to 1 time. If a specific time slot is not available, please choose another day or time.
Am I eligible for a possible discount?
While this masterclass is a private masterclass, it can be shared by multiple people. If desired, one should select the number of people who want to participate. The following discounts are applied if multiple people are selected for the shared private masterclass:
2-3 persons = 20% discount
4-5 persons = 30% discount
What is the duration of the masterclass?

Is it a private or group masterclass?

Can I also follow the masterclass online?
The masterclass is offline by default. If desired, we can always provide the masterclasses online via Zoom.
Is it possible to cancel or move a masterclass?
As a consumer, you are entitled to cancel or move a registration for a masterclass within 14 days by sending an email to: support@thriven.nl in which you clearly indicate that you want to cancel or move the masterclass. If the masterclass is given within 14 days of the booking date, you will not have this option. You have the right to submit a request to Thriven to cancel or move the masterclass up to 48 hours before the agreed time of delivery of the masterclass. In the event of cancellation, a fee of 50% of the agreed fees for the masterclass is due, taking into account the preparation time and the time made available by Thriven for the masterclass. Finally, there will be no reimbursement of the agreed fees for the masterclass if you are not present at the agreed time and location.
