What is a masterclass?
A masterclass is an interactive session with one of our experts. During this session, we will teach you essential financial knowledge on various topics and help you develop financial skills by giving practical tips.
Do I need knowledge to follow a masterclass?
No, you do not need any knowledge to follow the masterclass. At the start of the masterclass we will map out your basic and background knowledge. Then we bring your knowledge to the next level during the masterclass.
Who will give the masterclass?
Our masterclasses are taught by our experts in investing, trading and training. All our experts have considerable experience with crypto-related topics. They also have given countless masterclasses, workshops and guest lectures. Find out more here.
What if I still have questions after the masterclass?
During the masterclass you will have ample opportunity to ask your questions. It is of course possible that you still have questions afterwards. You can always ask us these and we will do our best to answer them as well as possible.
I already have the basic knowledge about crypto and investing. Does the masterclass still make sense for me?
Yes, we always gauge your level of knowledge at the start of the masterclass. If you have the basic knowledge, we can skip the basics and end the masterclass with advanced information. The master classes are therefore available for every level of knowledge.
Do I need a laptop or tablet for the masterclass?
No, it is not required to bring a laptop or tablet to the masterclass.
Can I take notes during the masterclass?
Yes, during the masterclass you will have the opportunity to take notes.

Are the masterclasses offline or online?
Most masterclasses are standard offline at our location. If desired, we can also provide this online or at a location of your choice.
Can I also follow the masterclass at a location of my choice?
In some cases it is also possible to follow a masterclass at a different location. For more information you can contact us at support@thriven.nl.
How long does a masterclass take?

Can I also follow the masterclass with several people?
It is possible to follow a masterclass together or with a group. This can be indicated when booking the masterclass. For more information you can contact us at support@thriven.nl.
Are there discounts available for large groups?
We can discuss a special rate for large groups. Please contact us via support@thriven.nl.
I have booked a masterclass, can I still change the date?
We will do our best to choose a new date together with you. Please contact us via support@thriven.nl.
I have booked a masterclass, can I still cancel it?
As a consumer, you are entitled to cancel or reschedule a registration for a masterclass within 14 days by sending an email to: support@thriven.nl in which you clearly indicate that you want to cancel or move the masterclass. If the masterclass is given within 14 days of the booking date, you will not have this option. You have the right to submit a request to Thriven to cancel or move the masterclass up to 48 hours before the agreed time of delivery of the masterclass. In the event of cancellation, a fee of 50% of the agreed fees for the masterclass is due, taking into account the preparation time and the time made available by Thriven for the masterclass. Finally, there will be no reimbursement of the agreed fees for the masterclass if you are not present at the agreed time and location.
