What is the difference between the tiers?

The tiers indicate the differences in the maximum trading balance and the services/benefits when using our automated trading service. For more information, see the four tiers in the framework.

What is the definition of ‘max trading balance’?

The “max trading balance” is the maximum amount of your trading account that our trading solution (bot) trades with. In order for the bot to trade with the overage amount, you need to upgrade a tier through your account. When your trading balance reaches the maximum trading balance of your tier, we will notify you. However, we recommend that you keep an eye on your trading account balance to avoid underutilizing your balance.

How does tier switching work?

You can easily upgrade or downgrade from tier through your account. Click the ‘View’ button in the ‘Manage Subscription’ section, then click ‘Upgrade or Downgrade’ and choose your preferred tier. When you upgrade, the services/benefits of your new tier will be accessible within 48 hours. If you downgrade, your old tier services/benefits will remain active until the end of the month and your new tier services/benefits will take effect on the 1st of the following month.

What is the duration of the subscription?

This subscription gives you access to the services and benefits of your tier for a minimum of 6 months. Your subscription is automatically renewed monthly.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in the sixth month of your initial subscription period. If you cancel within the sixth month of your initial subscription term, you will have access to your tier’s services until that month has expired. If you cancel after your first 6 month subscription period, you will have access to your tier’s services until the end of the month of cancellation.

What are the knowledge requirements?

You don’t need any trading knowledge to use Thriven’s PLATO bot. The bot will trade for you automatically. However, you must understand the potential risks of trading and cryptocurrencies.

What is the start date of my subscription?

Your subscription starts on the day of your purchase.

How does the onboarding process work?

Silver and Gold members will receive a guide to get started. Platinum and Diamond members receive personal onboarding assistance from Team Thriven.
